Primary duties:
– In-depth financial and market research
– Analyzing company financials, and evaluating potential investment opportunities
– Assist in developing investment strategies
– Perform due diligence
– Support M&A deal execution including transaction structuring and negotiations
– Prepare investment memorandums, client presentations, and marketing materials
Requirements:
– Master’s degree in Finance
– M&A experience in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance
– Experience in project management
– Fluent English is a must
– Good presentation skills
– Good knowledge and accurate understanding of relevant theory: financial management, corporate finance, strategic management, investment valuation, accounting
– Ability to meet tough deadlines
– Eager to learn and result oriented with ‘whatever-it-takes’ attitude
