Responsibilities
– Evaluating and taking part in developing marketing strategy for Russia & CIS;
– Planning, directing, and supervising marketing efforts of the Company and clients/partners (dealers, DIY retail chains, marketplaces, etc.);
– Developing and ensuring branding standards for points of sale, show-rooms, service centers, merchandise items;
– Managing marketing budget and expenditures; analyzing performance (ROI);
– Managing full scale of marketing and branding activities: both digital and off-line (SMM, advertising campaigns, PR events, exhibitions, trade-days, conferences, production of POSM);
– Coordination of Advertising materials orders;
– Analyzing competitors' activities;
– Using marketing insights to contribute towards the overall business strategy;
– Communication with Marketing agencies;
– Managing team of 5+ subordinates.
Requirements:
– Higher marketing and/or economical education;
– At least 3 years of experience in a marketing management role;
– Experience in promotion of industrial brands;
– Excellent speaking and writing skills, copywriting skills;
– Strong proven project management and people management skills;
– Strategic thinking abilities, analytical mindset;
– Creativity;
– Fluent English;
– Ready for business trips.
Conditions:
